As an ESG Audit Manager and a pragmatic, next-gen, independent professional, you have significant responsibilities for assessing material risks in key and complex areas of the Bank. You contribute to achieve the banks' objectives by carrying out Audit Engagements, which provide value and deliver impactful assurance and insights to Management.

- Perform context analysis, risk assessments and high-quality audits, together with your colleagues, to create valuable ESG insights for Rabobank Senior Management;

You & your talent
Client focus, integrity, team player, agility, problem solver, and result driven skills are essential for the role. In addition, the following are the role requirements:
- Academic level education - preferably master degree;
- Knowledge of regulations (e.g. ECB and EBA);
- Work experience in or affinity with ESG in the financial services;
- Audit expertise, a RO, RE or RA title and 4 years of work experience as an auditor is a strong advantage;
- Independent thinker, with a confident and approachable style and the ability to understand the needs of senior stakeholders and to act accordingly;
- Good communication skills, verbal and written in English (Dutch also an advantage).
