Tasks
As on-site support staff at NOUS you
- visit the museum on one to two days a week,
- are responsible for a successful visitor experience regarding the guide system,
- check basic technical functionality of our devices according to certain routines and help museum staff with handout management,
- organize a device backlog system for malfunctioning devices and process warranty claims,
- implement content and software updates and troubleshoot on-site,
- communicate between the museum and NOUS regarding the audio system and report regularly by e-mail,
- maintain a courteous relationship with staff, representatives, and visitors of the museum.
Requirements

- know how to keep an overview and are well-organized,
- have a friendly and communicative personality and think and act service-oriented,
- are responsible, flexible and team-oriented,
- bring English and Dutch language skills.
