Join us as a senior business analyst in the Value Proposition Team, where your primary role will be managing the change agenda for Finance and Risk. You'll assess the impact of new laws and regulations and ensure compliance with the standards required by ICS due to our banking license. Your focus will be on streamlining and optimizing daily processes in Finance and Risk to enhance business value and support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will work on aligning with ABN AMRO Group regarding Finance & Risk data and processes and improving our data quality. The VPT is responsible for translating business needs into functional designs that are easy for your IT colleagues to develop. Of course, you will also test and verify that the developments meet expectations. Your ability to initiate improvements on a tactical level will create new opportunities for our stakeholders and enhance our ways of working in ICS Finance & Risk.
The topics you will work on are diverse, requiring quick adaptability across different areas of expertise. In our small organization, you have oversight of all Finance & Risk processes, making this role particularly engaging. You will need a broad knowledge base and your personal input, in collaboration with professionals from Finance, Risk and IT, is critical to achieving our goals and driving success.
Working environmentJoin our VPT Finance & Risk team at ICS, where you'll be part of a small, dedicated group of six professionals within a larger team of 35. As a business analyst, you'll work closely with both Finance and Risk teams to ensure everything aligns smoothly. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, implementing changes, maintaining data quality, resolving data delivery issues, and ensuring timely data delivery-all while keeping stakeholders informed.

What You Bring:
• A master's degree in Economics or Business Administration, possibly with an IT background
• At least 10 years of experience in data and change management, especially in Finance and Risk
• Proficiency in functional analysis of regulatory changes and data use cases
• Experience in end-to-end project implementation as a Data/Functional Analyst
• Knowledge of data warehousing, data modelling, and experience with ETL tools and Power BI
In this role, your analytical skills will help you quickly grasp complex issues, while your structured approach ensures effective project management. You'll engage proactively, bringing a constructive mindset to challenges. With an understanding of organizational dynamics, you'll adapt your style to optimize outcomes. • The gross monthly salary displayed above on our career page is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team and depending on your position). From January 3035 onwards ICS request to be 2 days per week in the office.
