As a trainee, you will be assigned to a wide range of tasks so you get the opportunity to learn as much as possible. You will, of course, be coached throughout your internship.
As a House Host, your role will involve:Supporting the rest of the team in ensuring our townhouse runs smoothly from an operational perspective.
Serving as the primary point of contact for guests, offering guests information for a comfortable stay. From local recommendations to directions and restaurant bookings, you make sure their needs are met.
Supporting and collaborating closely with fellow hosts to enhance the guest experience.
Attending to guests' needs and providing help and support whenever required, going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction and comfort.
Taking ownership of presenting our townhouse in its best light, maintaining the approved appearance and standards.
Bringing to life the unique hospitality and culture of our brand, ensuring that every interaction reflects the experience of staying at a close friend's home.
Going above and beyond to make guests feel at ease and truly at home during their stay.
Checking in with guests, seeking their valuable feedback to improve our services.
You are easy-going and have a warm and friendly disposition.
You have great communication skills.
You like to work in a team but can also work independently.
You are flexible.
You like to take initiative.
You are eager to learn and enthusiastic about the role.
You have knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office.
You speak fluent Dutch and English. Basic understanding of French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
You live in the Amsterdam area.
A full-time contract (with the possibility of an extension).
