The goal of the Engineering & Enterprise Tech organization is to provide IT services and innovate for customers, employees and engineers, all to enable easy banking, smooth customer service and rapid new product development.
You and your job:
As a Senior Tech Development Consultant, you hold a visible position within the organization and are vital for our operation. Your ability to focus on strategic learning and development areas and main priorities is crucial. You ensure that we achieve the desired results by operationalizing our strategy in learning and development paths, and by tracking and measuring our goals. To fully align with all stakeholders, you have the ability to inspire, have a critical mindset and convince when needed.
You encourage your IT stakeholders to identify and act upon development needs and translate this into learning paths. While collaborating effectively with these business teams, trainers and subject matter experts. With your proven track record in leadership development as in guiding teams, you support in the further development and implementation of continuous learning in CITO.
Practical examples:
Operationalize Tech strategy by translating the impact of our learning interventions impact into reports, facts and figures.
Progress tracking by defining roadmaps based on deliverables and milestones based on predefined KPI's and targets derived from the annual plan.
Creating, implementing and executing Tech learning framework within CITO.
Supporting the execution of trainings and direct the operational tasks as planning, facilities and quality assurance.
Organize events and engage with community members.
Direct the design and implementation of (jr.) learning paths of expert profiles.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Project and program management:
- Enhance our operations for training management and implementation by overseeing the training planning and approaching deadlines.
- Scale up and professionalize processes related to training management by proposing concrete improvements related to the current way of working.
- Collaborate across departments to create effective design, plan and execute learning paths while navigating through a complex stakeholder field.
Maintaining a bird's eye view, overseeing the entire scope of technical learning paths in CITO.
As a senior Tech Development Consultant, you:
- Communicate with and formulate requirements to specialists and consultants for smooth delivery regarding content of various learning paths.
- Provide input and suggestions for new learning methods and interventions.
- Provide trainings and guidance to participants.

You and your talent
- Relevant master's degree.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project- and program management in IT.
- Proven experience in building and guiding Tech teams as a Team lead.
- Proven experience in developing, implementing and guiding learning programs, especially for technical expert profiles.
- Strong organizational, advisory and communication skills.
- Ability to bring the overall strategy to execution and achieving goals with keeping a total overview of what needs to be done, prioritising, managing timelines and measuring results.
