In this operational role, you will work daily on executing the best pricing strategies and optimizing availability for our holiday parks. You will be hands-on in analyzing data and implementing pricing actions. You will be part of a large European team of revenue professionals, continuously working on improving results within Landal in Europe.

With your practical approach, you ensure we maximize occupancy and revenue. To achieve the best results in terms of price and occupancy levels for the cluster of parks within your portfolio, you ensure that the right prices are available through the appropriate channels, exceeding rent targets for all parks within your portfolio. This is where you excel as a Pricing Revenue Analyst.

In your role you will focus on:

• Daily price optimization: Adjusting prices and availability based on real-time data, trends, and market insights.
• Executing pricing actions: Implementing promotional and price changes and monitoring their impact on performance.
• Identifying opportunities and acting quickly: Translating insights from historical data and trends into actionable steps to achieve goals.
• Collaborating with other teams: Working closely with Commerce, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth processes and successful outcomes.

In this role, you report to the Cluster Revenue Manager.

You are hands-on and know how to turn data into actionable results. With your approach, you ensure that pricing strategies and actions are implemented quickly and effectively. You are precise, detail-oriented, and a great collaborator.

Additionally, you bring:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in fields like (business) economics, hospitality management, or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in an operational role within revenue management, yielding, pricing, or data analysis, preferably in the leisure, travel, or hotel industry.
• Experience with revenue management systems, preferably IDeaS.
• Excellent command of English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
• A proactive attitude and strong organizational skills.
