Your Role in the Organization
Our Beringe campus consists of 5 sites, all dedicated to clients in the Technology sector. As a Team Leader, you will be assigned to one of these sites. You will manage a team of 15 to 20 operators and report directly to the Shift Manager.A Career to Be Proud

Key Responsibilities
Your main focus will be on communication with your team and shift managers. You will regularly coordinate with fellow Team Leaders about daily developments and overall team progress. Another key area is managing customer expectations, understanding which processes are running efficiently, and identifying bottlenecks. Additionally, your responsibilities include:Organizing and Coaching:
Motivate and guide your team members to achieve their goals, conduct performance reviews, and support absentee and reintegration conversations.Team Planning
: Ensure optimal staffing, schedule training, and maintain accurate timesheets and personnel records.Improvement
: Spot new opportunities within processes, discuss them with the shift manager and business process manager, and focus on continuous improvement.Safety
: Maintain safety standards on the floor.Celebrating successes
with your team when customer expectations are exceeded.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics.
- Strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
- Confidence, resilience, and the capability to lead under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Warehouse Management Systems for reporting and analysis.
