Your mission, should you choose to accept itAs our Salesforce Innovator, you'll be the architect of our Salesforce evolution. You'll:
- Spearhead the development and customization of Salesforce solutions that enhance our Sales, Onboarding, Service, and Offboarding processes.
- Contribute to the establishment and growth of our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), promoting CRM best practices.
- Collaborate closely with our CRM IT Manager and business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce aligns with our strategic goals.

You're not just another Salesforce expert; you're a visionary with:
- A diverse background that includes financial services and at least one other industry (e.g., automotive, health, telco).
- A minimum of 2 successful Salesforce program implementations under your belt.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce technology, including Sales, Service, and Financial Services Cloud or other Vlocity verticalizations.
- Proficiency in both B2B and B2C segments across Sales, Onboarding & Origination, and Contact Center & Service.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with product administration systems (such as Card Management Systems and Banking Platforms) and understanding of indirect sales channels.
- Strong development skills, including Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Expertise in systems integration and data migration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration (CI) and trunk-based development.
- Experience with version control systems like Git and deployment practices using Salesforce DX.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that exceed business expectations.
