We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Process & Project Enabler to strengthen the Change Execution Office of Grid Wealth.
As a Process & Project Enabler, you will work closely with the Grid Owner, the Business Management Team, and the Product Owners of Grid Wealth within the Product Unit Wealth. The work involves initiating and coordinating the change portfolio and roadmaps of the Grid, improving processes within the Grid, and further rolling out the strategic agenda. We also organize and facilitate Grid events for portfolio management and prioritization, maintain the data quality of our backlog, and play an important role in coordinating 'housekeeping' activities.
Your work- Coordinate change projects affecting the entire Grid and manage the related communication, elaboration, and follow-up.
- Provide management information, roadmaps, and reports for the Grid Owner and higher management.
- Initiate or support projects by drafting a plan of action and delivering deliverables.
- Ensure that all project requirements, background, and content of an assignment are discussed and aligned with all relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate and execute various Grid-wide tasks to keep our internal organization and our portfolio in Jira and Azure Boards, and our activities in the area of risk and audit in order.
- Able to establish requirements, gather necessary information, analyze, and translate it into the intended end product.
- Organize Agile events, project meetings, and stakeholder meetings.
- Create appealing, well-designed PowerPoint slide decks and one-pagers.
- Support colleagues within the grid with ad hoc requests that fall within the scope of our Change Execution Office.
You will work within Grid Wealth. The Grid is part of Product Unit Wealth and is clearly and logically defined through value chains in the areas of investing, financial planning, and individual pensions, with teams having end-to-end responsibility for one or more product groups, channels, or enablers where business and IT colleagues work together in an agile manner.
The Change Execution Office of Grid Wealth adds value to an optimal and efficient organization of Grid Wealth by initiating, coordinating, and executing projects, changes, and improvements, and by supporting business as usual. This is done in close collaboration with the Grid Owner and (Lead) Product Owners within the Grid and relevant stakeholders and supporting functions outside Grid Wealth.
These activities relate to the strategic, tactical, and operational decisions of the LT Grid Wealth (a combination of MT Business, where the Change Execution Office falls under, and MT I&T) and its individual members.
Your profileAs a Process & Project Enabler, you are self-starting, confident, and a support and sparring partner for the team and your stakeholders, with whom you work closely and independently on assignments and projects. You can quickly understand the substantive context and collaborate on complex and substantive issues. You are proactive and have a positively critical attitude. You work accurately and structured and are driven and energetic.
Your profile:
- You have an academic working and thinking level (WO)
- You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management or consultancy, process improvement and change processes, stakeholder, and expectation management within complex organizations, and possess the necessary skills
- You have experience working on complex issues and can quickly understand context and absorb content
- You are very proficient with Excel and PowerPoint and working with data and dashboards. Experience with PowerBI, Azure Boards, and Jira is a plus.
- You are good at analyzing, organizing, structuring, planning, project, and stakeholder management
- The gross monthly salary displayed above is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
- Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
