Your mission
●Handling customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
●Providing technical and non-technical support services
●Documenting and tracking customer interactions in the CRM / Ticket system
●Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
Your profile
●Experience in customer service or technical support
●Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. It is a plus if you are fluent in French.
●Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
●Customer-oriented mindset and team skills
