Guest Relations department is part of the Front Office team. Where the reception team would welcome guests to the hotel, check-in/out, and help with booking tours, the Guest Relation agents are taking extra care of our guests. Several examples are that you will be placing in-room amenities, meeting and talking to our VIPs, setting up surprises for guests in the rooms, writing hand-written welcome cards, and more. The team is also in charge of keeping a track and following up on the quality results. Several examples are that you would monitor guest reviews, surveys, answer guest reviews, and you would be keeping your hotel colleagues up to date with what's going on, and much more.
The team is small but bubbly, creative, and international. Good to keep in mind that the shifts start either at 8, 10, or 13 and you will be sometimes working in weekends.
