Are you into learning about People & Culture in an organization? Does the hotel industry make you happy? At the Corporate Office of Zien Group, we are looking for a People & Culture intern. You will gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources and talent acquisition. You will work closely with our People & Culture team to support the recruitment process, employee engagement, take care of our central administration, learning and development, and various HR initiatives. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow everything there is to know about People & Culture within a hospitality industry leader. Overall, the People & Culture Intern will:
People and Culture Admin Support
Provide administrative support for People & Culture functions, including maintaining personnel files, records, and databases.
Assist in organizing and conducting employee engagement activities and events.
Participate in People & Culture projects related to training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
Support the maintenance of employee benefits programs and assist with benefit-related inquiries.
Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Recruitment:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Conduct research and recruitment analysis
We're looking for someone:
Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR and talent acquisition in the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Available for Internship from August/September for at least six months.
You are fluent in English and Dutch.
