About the Role
As an Electrical Distribution Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing innovative electrical solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Your expertise in electrical engineering will be essential in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our distribution systems.
Responsibilities
Design and Engineering:
- Develop detailed engineering designs for electrical distribution systems,
- considering factors such as layout, components, cabling, termination kits, earthing, and grounding.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide expert advice on system design.
- Testing and Commissioning:
- Develop and execute assembly and commissioning plans for electrical distribution systems.
- Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) on site and in our factories abroad to ensure system functionality and compliance with standards.
- Oversee the progress of factory operations and resolve any technical issues that arise.
- Technical Documentation:
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and manuals.
- Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with relevant
- industry standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, including components, principles, and design methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing electrical systems in industrial or commercial environments.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
- Ability to communicate effectively and handle demanding clients.
- Flexible, practical, and results-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills, commitment, stress resistance, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work short-term assignments on location (15% travel).
Primary employment conditions
- Salary: between € 50.000 - € 80.000 depending on skills and seniority
- A 13th month payment, pro-rated periodically
- 8.33% holiday allowance calculated on 12 monthly salaries
Secondary employment conditions
