Henrique has created a unique menu focusing on the trading routes of Portugal, incorporating traditional dishes with a modern twist using Asian flavours and spices. • Who will support our team of our waiters in ensuring every guest enjoys their dining experience.
• Who will be delivering and clearing away orders and deal directly with guests when colleagues need some extra support.
• Who will explain menus and drinks lists and looks for opportunities to upsell.
• Who will assist in opening and closing set up of the restaurant, and cleaning/polishing china, glass and silverware
• Who ensures our restaurant runs smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
• Who is passionate about exceeding guests' expectations
• Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
• Who has a passion for hospitality
