Key Responsibilities: Proven experience as a Chief Steward or similar role in a hotel, resort, or restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, sanitation practices, and health & safety regulations. Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HACCP, ISO, and other relevant food safety standards. Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and reporting. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position, Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays. Physically demanding role; ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
