In this role, you'll support employees throughout their journey at ASML, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. As part of the People Operations Back Office team, you'll ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality HR services, creating a seamless and exceptional employee experience.

• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to produce clear and professional text;
• Proficiency in data analytics, including Excel (formulas, charts) for creating insights;
• Experience with HR systems and the ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimize processes;
• A proactive mindset, taking initiative and ownership to solve problems and implement improvements;
• Integrity when handling confidential information and accountability for results;
