Overview
Sensitech, a leader in supply chain visibility solutions, is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Inside Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage client accounts within the Netherlands and Scandinavia region. This role involves selling Sensitech's portfolio of products and services remotely through virtual meetings and phone interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth: Achieve assigned annual revenue growth and territory quota.
- Account Management: Oversee and grow existing small and medium accounts within the assigned territory.
- Sales Development: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify key players and generate interest.
- Sales Targets: Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual quotas.
- Collaboration: Work with regionally-focused territory managers to maximize account potential.
- Customer Insight: Understand customer needs and requirements, sharing insights with Product Marketing Management.
- Market Knowledge: Research past accounts that have not re-ordered to regain business.
- Account Planning: Perform regional account planning, analyze historical growth, and project future growth.
- Travel: Travel up to 10% for client visits and trade shows.
Additional Responsibilities
- Attend required trade shows to represent Sensitech and network with potential clients.
- Ensure compliance with sales policies to enhance sales effectiveness.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: University degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and practices, with practical knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems.
