Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team in a home-based position. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts within an assigned inside sales territory. This role involves sourcing new sales opportunities through both inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, ensuring a robust sales pipeline. Additionally, the candidate will conduct market research to identify key players, generate interest, close sales, and meet quarterly and annual sales quotas. The position requires a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, and some travel, including attendance at trade shows. A background in sales, especially within the Food/C&I manufacturing sector, and fluency in English and Polish are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing accounts within the assigned inside sales territory.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify key players and generate interest.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly and annual quotas, maintaining existing customers and acquiring new ones.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Obtain market knowledge and research past accounts that have not reordered.
- Attend required trade shows and handle travel, estimated at 15%.
- Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- BS or BA degree with at least 3 years of previous sales experience.
- Experience in the Food/C&I manufacturing sector, quality, distribution, and supply chain is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in selling software or services.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for the defined territory and execute tactical actions to exceed financial goals.
- Proficient in conducting effective online demos and web presentations to prospects.
- Strong phone presence and experience supporting customers remotely.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Polish; knowledge of any other Eastern European language is a plus.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

- Recommend improved EH&S practices.
