On behalf of ABN AMRO we are seeking a motivated professional.
You will become a process enabler / Integrator (role: Process & Project Enabler) in the CTO office The focus is on integration and migration projects within our new platform strategy.
You will guide internal customers to the Cloud, new on-premise platforms & tools, and you will be a driver of process improvement. In your daily activities, you will be involved in cross block initiatives for the various blocks on the IT technical side of the organisation. Besides the initiatives, you will also be part of a team of project managers in the CTO Office.
With the following results:
• Clearly define the initiatives goals and deliverables, including the timeline and budget, and based on this, create a plan.
• Assemble a team, if not already done, by selecting internal personnel.
• Organize and lead brainstorming sessions.
• Distribute tasks and set interim deadlines that are actively monitored.
• Regularly organize team meetings to discuss and monitor progress.
• Advise, provide feedback, inform team members about important updates, and offer overall encouragement.
• Maintain contact with external parties involved in the initiative and ensure they adhere to deadlines and agreements.
• Deliver the final initiative as agreed, or if that is not possible, promptly communicate what can be achieved and continue in consultation.
