Human Resources Associate - Talent Acquisition
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Associate to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our talent acquisition process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
The strategy of the Human Resources function is to have the right people in the right place at the right time. HR focuses on working with the business to formulate their people strategy to ensure implementation of their strategic aims to meet business goals. Human Resources seek to be integrated and core within the business, highly visible and to assist staff at all levels with a solution oriented and commercial approach.
As a HR Associate you will be involved in all aspects of the talent acquisition process across Rabobank UK. You will be focused on strengthening and supporting all aspects of talent acquisition across the bank and be involved in various strategies and projects along the way.
Some Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the end to end recruitment process.
- Assisting in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various platforms.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Actively participating in the recruitment for junior programmes.
- Maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and status updates.
- Conducting initial screening and assessment of candidates.
- Assisting with candidate attraction including careers fairs, social media etc.
- Administering pre-engagement screening for Agency Workers.
- Owning the new joiner on-boarding process for Agency Workers, conducting all induction meetings for Agency Workers on their first day and completing on-boarding activities.
- Working collaboratively to support the Bank's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy to ensure fair, inclusive and robust recruitment.
- Active participation in HR projects.

- Experience within a talent acquisition role, working in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, interacting effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Self-motivated and results focused, taking ownership of tasks and proactively taking the initiative with new tasks.
- Demonstrate professional acumen, integrity, discretion, credibility and trustworthiness.
- Assertiveness with the ability to challenge others in a constructive way.

Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office.
- HR Systems - Workday - desirable.
- ATS System experience - desirable.
- LinkedIn Recruiter - desirable.
