As a Software Quality Assurance Lead (in PostNL we call this function Test Coordinator) you're experienced enough in all kinds of testing to set-up a Vision for our test community and carry it out to the team. You make sure the quality of the teams is on the right level and apply all means necessary to get to the right product. You know how to make the right choices and balance between functional testing and testautomation, of course preferably focusing on the latter. And you know how to own and improve our testing framework to support our testing community.

With your expertise you're enabling a faster and more efficient delivery process. Within our Agile Release Train 'Consumer', 15 development teams work together on features for our consumers. You are going to help these teams to take test automation to the next level whether it is unit, UI or integration testing. All our processes are built around Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery. Together with your colleagues, you are an active participant in the development process, putting your knowledge and experience of QA automation to work, accelerating our delivery process.

Recently a test community has started within our department 'Consumer IT' to set up a standardized test approach within the different teams. With your experience, vision and organizational skills, you know how to pick up what the teams need, give advice to the teams on which route to take and make sure the teams adopt the preferred way of working.

You will come to join our newly set-up test community within the Consumer ART where you'll discuss and improve our test processes. This team consists of you, as a QA Lead, and 5 QA Engineers. Also you're part of our 'Consumer IT' Department full of Solution Consultants, Platform Owners, Developers and Testers.

You are entrepreneurial, show initiative and ownership and can always substantiate what testautomation delivers. Furthermore, you enjoy combining your technical knowledge with your communication skills to coach the community, chapter and team to the next level.

• You are a driven professional with a Bachelor's / Master's working and think level.
• Experienced in both testautomation and functional testing manually.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a role as a Quality Assurance Engineer preferably in an Agile work environment;
• Guts and perseverance: You enjoy taking the lead within 1 or more agile development teams to bring test automation to a (much) higher level;
• You are experienced with Java, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured, Cucumber as BDD framework and you know how to integrate these tools effectively.
