Job description- Responsible for providing a broad range of operational People & Culture assignments covering all aspects of the joining, moving and leaving process
- Be the "go-to-person" and partner for managers, co-workers and P&C colleagues in the identified business and legal entity for P&C related topics
- Lead execution of P&C year cycle operational tasks
- Actively work with area of expertise such as Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Mobility, Labour Law, Work Environment etc.
- Contribute to building business competence and leadership development by supporting managers and co-workers according to agreed development plans
- Responsible for execution of plans linked to work environment initiatives and co-worker insight surveys
- Support managers with labour law guidance, performance improvement plans and difficult cases
- Contribute to the implementation and execution of the People strategy in the local unit/area
- Contribute to developing ways of working on the People & Culture Generalist arena
- Responsible for execution of administration connected to People & HR digital tools
- Good knowledge in People & Culture operational processes, topics and tools
- Good knowledge of IKEA people related approaches and strategies
- Good knowledge in local employment legislations and co-worker relations
- Good understanding in the IKEA Vision, Concept, Business Idea and IKEA Culture & Values.
