About our team
You have the opportunity to work across or specialize within one of the following dynamic teams:
1. Talent and leadership team: Shape the future of leadership! You'll focus on talent visibility, talent attraction and defining what it means to be a leader at ING.
2. Careers and growth team: help drive career growth and development by supporting talent development, career opportunities, and learning initiatives that empower individuals to thrive.
3. Diversity and inclusion team: contribute to meaningful change by working on activities that promote structural and behavioral transformation, ensuring a diverse and inclusive culture.
4. Talent and learning metrics team: love data? this team uses data analytics and metrics to provide insights that enable data different decisions and solutions across the center of excellence.
5. Program management team: getting involved in managing programs, projects and business as usual activities ensuring that everything runs smoothly and effectively across all talent and learning functions.
Role and responsibilities
This is what you'll do within our team:
• Collaborate with one or more teams to support high impact projects help innovate and develop talent strategies learning initiatives and learning programs.
• Work on data analytics and metrics that translate into actionable insights.
• Assist in driving change through diversity and inclusion efforts.
• Get hands on with program management and ensure the seamless execution of key initiatives.

About our internships
Every year, more than 350 students join our internship program. While there are no guarantees about your future, many of our
former interns move into a permanent role or onto our International Talent Programme (traineeship).
Whatever happens, an internship at ING is the ideal opportunity to meet a wide variety of people, to build up your own network,
and to learn about many different aspects of banking - put simply, it's a great start to your career.
