• You have already worked in a very dynamic commercial or logistical environment with high volume management.

What you'll be doing day to day
• Alongside the Logistics Department Manager, you lead the physical flow team which guarantees the availability of products to customers at the best possible cost.• You plan, organize and supervise the flow of goods, from reception to warehouse restocking in order to always have enough stock to meet the demand of our customers.
• You are responsible for the daily efficiency of the flow of goods (inventory, filling the store before opening and optimising the waiting time at the goods issue if necessary).
• You contribute to the development of the business plan.
• You ensure that your team is aware of and complies with all health, safety and environmental regulations.
• You contribute to the recruitment and development of your team members.
