Job Description
As a Production Developer, you will lead the integration of AI, 3D and automation to smoother and more creative and efficient motion production to streamline workflows and develop new capabilities within the studio. Your focus will be on creating scalable, efficient production processes and ensuring industry-leading quality in both physical and digital media.
You will:
- Lead collaborations on virtual production, motion artistry, and AI to explore, develop, and establish new production capabilities.
- Drive the development of lean processes and automation solutions across the studio, optimizing workflows, reducing costs, and ensuring high quality for customer-facing solutions.
- Support the integration of new production workflows, tools, and standards.
- Act as a bridge between project teams and production to gather insights and improve capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in the media landscape, including GenAI, 3D, and motion production, and explore new innovations to enhance customer communication and production processes.
Qualifications
We're looking for an AI & 3D Production Developer who can consolidate and enhance AI and 3D production capability within content production development.Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in motion production, including not limiting virtual production and animation.
- Up to date technologies in both media landscape and GenAI.
- Knowledge and experience in project leading, production leading, agile scrum and OKR WoW.
- Understanding and good to have experience with DCCs, i.e., 3D studio Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Solid Works, and Realtime engines as well as production management tools such as ShotGrid etc.
- Understanding & basic knowledge in programming and scripting languages and tools, such as Python, Java, Jira etc.
- Experience working in a high-volume production environment with tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a multicultural, creative, and inclusive work environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
