• Home interior design and home life are things you are passionate, curious and knowledgeable about.• You have solid experience as a leader and you are a real team player, which enables you to solve problems and make decisions in a challenging and ever-changing retail environment.
• You challenge both yourself and your team to exceed the expectations of our customers and constantly find new and better ways of working.
• You protect the relevant, attractive and strong character of the IKEA brand by drawing on your creativity, graphic skills and good sense of aesthetic.
• You have a qualification in home interior design and/or a great deal of experience in the industry. You are able to use general computer applications that are used in your job, such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and other production tools (prepress, printing techniques...).
A day in your life with us
• You translate the business plan of the store into specific action plans for your department.• You use your knowledge of home life and shopping behaviour to improve the graphic communication inside and outside the IKEA store. You put the customer at the heart of everything you do
• You recruit, develop, inspire, engage and lead your team in achieving the goals, with the aim of long-term growth and profitability.
• You think up and implement graphic solutions that support the commercial strategy by drawing on your skills in graphic design and your knowledge of the IKEA concept and our vision.
• Together with the team you create clear and consistent communication throughout the store.
