Role Overview:
As a Sales trainee, you will play a crucial role in building and managing our growing sales pipeline. Your responsibilities will include daily calls, drafting and making offers, maintaining and nurturing customer relationships, and moreover identifying opportunities for growth. You will become adept in navigating our technical stack, which revolves around Salesforce, Prestashop (CRM), and Exact Online processes. Since customer service is our top priority, you will quickly learn about our products and gain a deep understanding of our business and ecommerce operations.

Tasks
Tasks:
- Attend incoming calls, reply to offers and queries
- Follow-up orders and order confirmations
- Account management and reporting
- Work with Prestashop (CMS) and Salesforce (CRM)
- Work on sales projects and marketing tasks
- Assist the sales team in prospecting potential customers and lead generation
- Conduct market research to identify trends and the different target audiences preferences
- Participate in customer outreach
- Collaborate with team members to maintain accurate CRM records
- Shadow sales professionals and learn sales techniques
- Assist in data analysis to identify opportunities and challenges
- Engage in ongoing training and development activities
- Focus on customer retention and set up promotional campaigns
- Assist in creating sales materials and presentations
Requirements
Skills and competencies
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions in both English and German
- Effective telephone skills
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward tasks and challenges
- Business phone skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on new responsibilities
- Mature, proactive and service oriented mindset
- Any other European language is a plus
- Fun to work in an international environment and have joy at work
- An inquisitive mindset for market research and trend analysis
- Commitment to the internship duration and an interest in pursuing a sales career
