As a Business Account Leader, optimizing IKEA for Business sales and profitability, you will:Lead the IKEA for Business team; fostering their development, coaching them, and challenging them to encourage growth and exceptional performance.
Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders.
Analyze sales and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to focus on important projects and enhance overall performance.
Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in the market, both online and in person.
Build long-lasting relationships with local businesses communities and actively promote IKEA as a reliable brand and business partner in the local market.
Understand the market Profit and Loss (P&L) and the influence the department has on the financial results.
Present and sell larger projects to customers' stakeholder/management groups.
Create sales quotations, follow up on customer journeys, and see projects to completion.
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

HOURS: Salaried role. Retail environment must have open availability Monday through Sunday 8:00AM to 11:00PM. Flexibility required based on business needs.
This person will be working at the IKEA Miami & Sunrise locations. Travel between stores is a requirement. Possible schedule: 3 days - Miami, 2 days - Sunrise | 3 days - Sunrise, 2 days - Miami
The pay range for this role is $65,627 to $95,510
