The future of food is bright, and here at Kellanova we can help you build your future as a Key Account Manage (Global Retail Travel). This role will give you the opportunity to work with and have a large impact on our GTR business.
You will have responsibility for building and driving our global customers across the Travel Retail Landscape. You will be in charge of big Global travel retail accounts such as Avolta, Heinemann, Lagardere, distributors and many others where you will have the autonomy to drive these accounts forward how you see best.
This is a hybrid position, which will see you be based in our energetic and vibrant Netherlands office in Hertogenbosch while also working in environments that suit you and your work life balance.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Account Management - Managing distributors and customers for several markets within the Globe as well as working and supporting orders, ensuring sales commitment is met
- Commercial Acumen - Managing the P&L of the area, responsible for achieving the sales target and for preparing the area’s forecast. You will also prepare and lead the negotiations with customers of the yearly join business plans (listings, pricing, investment, activation, etc)
- Collaborative - Working cross-functionally with marketing, trade marketing and revenue management on the execution of promotional and other sell-out activities. Maintaining regular data exchange with customers (e.g. Verification of turnover, stock, market shares reports)
- Account Reviews - Performing analysis on the area of responsibility and suggesting actions for improvement. You will also be tasked to find category approach opportunities driving the category growth
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Education: Master’s degree in management, marketing or economics, engineering
- Work Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales; Trade marketing
- Advantage for the role is Travel Retail experience
- Languages: excellent English skills, other languages are preferred
