As a Facility Supervisor, supporting the distribution operations at our Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:Prioritize and assign tasks related to the maintenance of the unit and operational assets, like: powered material handling equipment, racking systems, intrusion and fire systems, and grounds keeping.
Maintain positive relationships with third-party vendors associated with contracted repairs, and internal partners to secure operational efficiency.
Perform audits related to maintenance systems, Risk & Compliance, and Property requirements. And document in required systems
Utilize computer systems associated with requests or orders for inspection and/or repair.
Maintain a clean and safe work area in all locations within the fulfilment unit.
Lead and develop co-workers by actively engaging in their development and individual goals.
Contribute to an environment where IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of Leadership expereinceKnowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Leadership and material handling equipment experience required
Knowledge of facilities and powered equipment and maintenance routines
Experience with powered material handling equipment
Requirements
Ability to lift, sit, stand, and walk for length of shift
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
