You are use to work with different IT systems and like to analyze numbers and processes, to get a deeper understanding and use it to improve different working methods. We expect that you always act as a rolemodel and takes the responsibility to lead and delegate the operation, when the team leader needs you.
Besides that, you are very passionate about making IKEA ready for the future and adapt yourself to changes in both business and customer behavior.

• Want to have a truck certificate, if you are not all ready having it
• Understand both the sales perspective and the logistic operation and are able to communicate with both teams

Your responsibilities
• You will support the team both planning/leading and perform task for major areas of responsibility, picking, packing, unloading, loading and replenishment of goods/orders within the agreed time with the customer in focus.• Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the fulfilment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance of all safety requirements, Standard Operating Procedures and secure proper training across function.
• Responsible for the achievement of the goals determined by the Fulfilment Operations Manager or Team Leader, in order to support overall fulfilment operations goals and achieve excellence in running operations.
• Supervise the daily processes in the assigned area of responsibility, identifying and acting on improvement potentials and ensuring that daily routines are followed.
• Analyzing and developing the business for a more efficiently operation.
You will be working in the time span from 03.30a.m. To 14 p.m and every 3rd weekend from 3 a.m until 11
