- You are responsible for the optimal functioning of Raith EBPG's.
- You will deal with various aspects of the systems, from analogue and digital electronics to high precision mechanics, ultra-high vacuum and high voltage technology.
- You build and diagnose the systems sufficiently.
- You arrange, control, and check the settings of the EBPG-systems.
- Explain FAT results regarding performance with customer.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical specialization, like mechanics, mechatronics, electronics or physics.
- Min. 2 years' experience as a (service) engineer in a nano technology, mechatronics, semiconductor or robotics environment.
- Pro-active engineer who wants to understand and operate complex machines and programs.
- Good analytical skills and a (customer-oriented) drive are required to be able to work independently after approximately twelve months.
- Affinity with IT and electronics is required. Knowledge of lithography and electron optics is a plus.
