Back-office contributors support the entire order to cash process and are the liaison between co-workers (internal and subcontractors) and managers regularly. The back-office contributor is optimally coordinating the information provision between customers, operations, and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure proper distribution of all Service-related tasks to the key stakeholders.
- Contribute to an accurate schedule of service and delivery task (such work orders…)
- Create the necessary documents for proper execution of service and delivery.
- Maintain the Service applications with critical data of customers, its locations.
- Maintain install bases of customers in the ERP.
- Support and update all logistic data (such as POD, ETA notifications) related to service and projects.
- Review and consolidate executed operational tasks.
- Review and prepare executed tasks for billing purposes.
- Follow up order fulfillment.
- Enhance logistic operations.
- Monitor and process in coming orders and book purchase invoices.
- Manage reports on stocks and equipment.
- Manage internal replenishment fulfillment for operational staff (Van Stock).
- Create periodical reports to operations on booked revenue, schedule and logistics for services and projects.
- Act a liaison for problem solving with effective complaint and claim processing.
- Ability to accurately input data and maintain attention to detail.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3-year experience either in Field Service or Ops in the RETAIL branch
- At least 1 year of experience as S&D user (Service & Delivery)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Office Excel
- Good knowledge of written and spoken French or Dutch AND English
- Good organization and communication skills
- Able to work in a team and stressful conditions
