Full job descriptionWe are looking for three "self-employed chefs in the Amsterdam area ".
- * Self-employed cook for preparing Indian dishes
- * Employment: Full-time position / 38 hours per week
- * Salary indication: €2345 gross per month excluding holiday pay.
- * Hospitality CAO compliant employment conditions
- * Performing preparatory work, such as washing, cutting, (pre)cooking, mixing, stirring, etc.;
- * Assessing the quality of products/ingredients to be used (freshness, shelf life, etc.), preparing resources;
- * Carrying out the preparations, monitoring/checking the quality, doneness, taste, colour, fluidity, etc. and making adjustments/additional dosages;
- * Preparing orders for transfer by carrying out à la minute cooking, portioning and garnishing;
- * Supervising the work of the assistant(s), giving directions and instructions;
- * Monitor compliance with regulations in the areas of safety, health and safety, HACCP and work and presentation methods (corporate identity)
- Ready to learn Indian cooking techniques and styles
