Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Release Manager to join our team in either the Bois-Colombes or Amsterdam office. This individual will play a key role in managing the release lifecycle of our products while also being responsible for Triaging and allocate Level 3 support tickets. You will ensure the smooth delivery of software releases, coordinate with multiple teams across the organization, and oversee the resolution of critical production issues. Experience working in a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment is crucial, as the role requires a strong understanding of Agile release management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Release Management:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the end-to-end release processes for multiple projects.
Schedule, manage, and communicate releases across the internal Legisway community.
Work closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure timely and smooth delivery of releases.
Ensure that releases are delivered on time and within scope, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Lead release planning meetings and manage release readiness reviews.
Level 3 Support (Incident Management):
Triage and distribute Level 3 support tickets, ensuring timely and effective solutions for critical production issues.
Work closely with the development and operations teams to track and resolve complex issues.
Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders on the status of critical support cases.
Act as an escalation point for major incidents and manage them through to resolution.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work in a cross-functional team environment, coordinating with various departments such as development, QA, operations, and product management.
Ensure alignment of release planning with business goals and objectives.
Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear visibility of release schedules and support ticket progress.
Facilitate post-release retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement of the release process.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure that all releases comply with internal security, audit, and quality requirements, escalate to manager when not.
Identify and manage risks related to the release process, mitigating any issues that could affect release quality or timing.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to release management and support performance.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile development methodologies.
Proven Experience in Release Management within an Agile or SAFe environment.
Experience 'handling' Level 3 Support for (critical) production issues.
Solid planning and coordination experience for managing topics on a User Story level
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Experience in IT service management tools (e.g., YouTrack, ServiceNow).
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in English is a must, French or Dutch is a plus.
Able to create and monitor KPIs monthly to take informed decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the software or technology industry, preferably Legisway or other Legal management solutions.
Understanding of Support processes methodology and procedures (ITIL framework / other.)
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
Certifications in SAFe or other Agile methodologies.
