The team
You will join an international, co-located, agile and multidisciplinary team that drives the modelling community of ING to adopt the best practices and most advanced technological solutions. You will have an opportunity to engage in conversations with stakeholders, contribute to our strategy and drive our teams to deliver the best user experience on the Modelling Platform of ING.
Roles and responsibilities
As a Business Analyst, you will act as Product Owner for the team. In this role, you will be required to:
Collect and understand requirements from stakeholders in the modelling community
Connect with Tech colleagues to seek collaboration and mutual alignment on needs and challenges of the SAS-based Modelling Platform
Refine and cascade demands to the team for execution
Ensure the team jointly delivers on committed work items in line with the principles of Agile Way of Working
Contribute to the vision and strategy of the Tribe
Participate in rolling out a modern and innovative way of working for model life cycle in ING

The skills required for this role include:
Understanding of the Life Cycle of Credit Risk models and a basic understanding of the Basel framework
Knowledge of the SAS solutions used for modelling purposes
Ability to understand stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable implementation plans
Additional skills that will help you excel in the role include:
Ability to manage large scale and complex projects and transformations
Ability to communicate in simple and clear terms, in order to engage and motivate people in transitioning to a new way of working
Motivation and ambition to be a driving force in the change initiative
Knowledge of SAS Viya, Python and their potential interaction
