Within COO NL we are looking for a Program Manager to join our team and boost Customer Intimacy across COO and ultimately DBNL.
Your role As a Program Manager within COO NL, your role will be to make sure that all the initiatives that we will be deploying to boost Customer Intimacy, will be steered on properly. You are responsible for drafting and governing roadmaps, preparing and sometimes chairing meetings and making sure that we have adequate velocity on all the initiatives. Next to this, you will also be challenged to come up with your own ideas and to mobilize your colleagues within COO. You play a central role when it comes to preparing updates for senior stakeholders. Your key responsibilities The COO NL overall strategy and ambition is clear. Customer Intimacy is one of the key pillars in that strategy and many initiatives contribute to that strategy. You are responsible to bring all those initiatives together and to steer on them in such a way that we timely meet our objectives. You will do this for the whole of COO, reporting hierarchically to the Area Lead for Business Banking Operations, and functionally to our COO.

• Strong change and project management skills and affinity with agile way of working
• Able to work independently on various projects at the same time, often under pressure, prioritize your time
• A creative mindset. Curious to find new insights and connecting the dots, with imperfect data
• Ability to translate data and random events into 'the bigger picture' for senior management
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
