You also bring with you retail/home furnishing/supply chain/customer service experience and interest.

What you'll be doing day to day
The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for securing fulfilment on the market in an end-to-end perspective by enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution:• Break down the overall Supplying Strategy on a goods flow perspective into action for all fulfilment units in the market
• Supply stakeholders in central, store and service fulfilment with accurate goods flow and stock plans
• Steer goods flow
• Enable securing capacities in all fulfilment units in the market on short-, mid-, and long term.
You will contribute to the day to day work and development of the fulfilment availability and support organisation within the market with a customer-centric and collaborative approach in focus.
In this role you will be contributing to creating the right prerequisites in the organisation to enable the growth agenda and secure the group and market Customer Fulfilment agenda is translated into the Fulfilment Availability and Support organisation. You will also provide a subject matter expertise and advice to business leaders within Fulfilment Availability and Support processes that will contribute to the development of business and people.
You will be:
• Responsible for seamlessly enabling daily operations and an efficient distribution network on the market by securing and end to end planning and fulfilment process
• Responsible for assessing current and planned fulfilment unit capacity on the market in terms of short, mid and long-term needs and identify solutions in order to enable securing agreed goals on availability and keeping lead time promise at the lowest possible cost
• Responsible for supporting operations in close cooperation with the whole Fulfilment Availability and Support functions in any exceptional or emergency situation regarding flow, stock and capacity
• Contribute to an aligned and high quality flow and capacity planning process on the market
• Contribute to providing the Market Fulfilment Availability and Support Manager with recommended actions to address any identified capacity imbalances and input to expansion plans and range classification
• Responsible for developing local improvements in working methods, systems and tools and for implementing global routines, systems solutions and ways of working with all partners in the Supply Chain, Retail and Customer Fulfilment in the market
• Contribute with both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and multichannel development and tendering activities as well as to all matrixes, global initiatives and competence networks
• Responsible for actively supporting the fulfilment units with securing agreed goals on the use of existing fulfilment unit capacity and identifying and analysing capacity constraints through coaching and supporting with identified improvement potentials
• Responsible for promoting and stimulating entrepreneurial orientation and contribution to development and innovation for the own organisation and total IKEA
• Responsible for considering the parameters connected to the Customer Fulfilment sustainability agenda on the market in flow and capacity planning across all touchpoints.
Your salary from €2,824 gross per month.
