• You've passion to lead and manage the recovery and quality work in the store.• You're willing to support the store's different functions in preventing the occurrence of unnecessary costs related to our products, and to improve the customer's quality perception and to give products a second chance while keeping the financial result, quality and sustainability in mind.
• Ability to solve problems or find new ways of working by identifying solution sources and/or ideas.
A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
• Recover the damage product, sell it in AsIs or turn it into spare part to save as much as we can of total damage, is the key step of IKEA sustainability strategy.• Implement IKEA quality process, to ensure All product sell in IKEA store have obedience to China safety and quality standard and give the feedback to improve the quality from store side.
• Execute the loss prevention process, find the potential area in each step and lead whole store be involved in it.
