Then this job might be a fit for you. We are looking for a Business Analyst to support one of Ambition '27 workstreams within NN International Future ready program.
What you are going to do
Our mission is to help NN International to grow by engaging more & more customers, with relevant, innovative (and value creating) products & services. This is to be achieved by supporting international business units in developing new solutions and coordinating the product development and management process.
Main tasks involve:
- Coordinating: Coordination with eight business units involved in the program. Understanding their requirements and commonalities between the business units, co identifying product gaps, and helping to develop solutions to bridge those gaps. Research and analytical skills are needed to be successful in this role.
- Product Development: Identifying product development opportunities, co conducting market research, and analyzing customer needs.
- Product Management: Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance the existing product portfolio - including pre-approved offering and product propositions for existing customers.
- Analyzing and implementing solutions: Analyzing the requirements from the business units and translating them into specifications with other workstreams within the program - co creating use cases. Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements to be successful in this role is desired.
- Relationship management: With business stakeholders to ensure that their needs are being met. This may involve conducting regular meetings, providing status updates, and working with stakeholders to address any concerns or issues. The Business Analyst will need to have strong communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

We offer this job fully remote as a virtual assignment. As part of this role, you will have an employment contract under the local collective labour agreement (CLA) from one of the 11 countries where NN operates. This means you can apply for the job if you reside in one of the countries where NN is located (Netherlands, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Japan). Who you are
- Preferably minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management and development or business analyst work in (life) insurance and fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Analytical skills - being able to structure and explain the context
- Structured and organized, business analysis and coordination skills.
- Proactive and taking the lead in daily business and assignments and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible attitude towards various stakeholders and a strong customer focus and ability to consult with a broad stakeholder group
- Willingness to travel
Who you will work with
The team consists of central business owner of the workstream and 8 country champions responsible for product development and management activities within their business units.
