The roleAs a night host, you are co-responsible for the well-being of fellow employees, guests and our guest satisfaction on a daily basis. Your core focus is to create a welcoming and unforgettable experience for our guests while being responsible for the safety of our guests and fellow employees. During your shift, you are engaged in:
Performing common reception duties, such as checking guests in and out and providing information;
Being at our Ubar and prepare delicious drinks for our guests;
Doing some financial audit activities;
Monitoring the sleep and safety of our guests;
Helping prepare breakfast and ensure that the hotel is ready for the morning.
With a genuine and friendly nature, you effortlessly build connections with others. As a team player, you thrive in an environment of open communication and honest feedback. You are also driven by a passion for sustainability. In your work, you enjoy a wide range of tasks and with your time management skills you ensure that everything is handled. Next to this, the following requirements apply:
"Night auditor": previous hotel (or similar) experience is great, but it's not a must-have for us - if you're eager to learn we can teach you what you need to know.
Fluency in English is essential, additional languages are a plus.
Available for 4 shifts per week and flexible, with shifts from 23:00-07:00.
Must have a heart for sustainability.
You are legally allowed to work in The Netherlands.
Monthly salary around €1875 gross based on 4 shifts per week (30,4 hours). On top of that comes a 20% night allowance for hours worked during the night.
We will offer you a contract for 4 days a week.
