You have a passion for analyzing consumers to understand their needs and enhance the customer experience. With your strong analytical skills, you transform data into valuable insights and actionable recommendations. Your leadership capabilities shine through your clear and engaging communication.• You are knowledgeable in various methods of market and consumer research and develop efficient approaches to gather relevant insights.
• Your curiosity drives you to actively monitor market and consumer trends, enabling you to recognize changes early on. Ideally, you already have some experience with AI tools for optimizing research processes and generating insights.
• You work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and excel at project management with the ability to prioritize and negotiate.
• At least 5 years of experience in a market research or insights role, ideally in retail, in an agency or with an FMCG manufacturer.
• Fluent in German and very good in English to effectively communicate with agencies and internal contacts.
• You take responsibility for various tasks, utilizing your analytical thinking and presentation skills. High self-motivation is crucial as you work in a small team, where your proactive approach is key.
Your responsibilities
As Insights Leader, you will report to the Country Consumer & Customer Insights Manager and work closely with external research agencies to generate actionable market, consumer, and customer insights that inform strategies and decisions ia the local market. Your goal is to deepen consumer understanding within the organization to create value for our customers and drive growth for IKEA in Austria.This means:
• Generating, processing, and presenting relevant consumer and customer insights to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Collecting and synthesizing data from various sources to enable informed strategic recommendations.
• Adapting global tools and processes to local requirements, as well as supporting the development of local solutions for process optimization.
• Creating an inspiring environment where consumers and customers are at the center of all activities.
• Working closely with stakeholders at IKEA Austria and beyond, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
• Fostering an open and cooperative environment, embodying IKEA values, and actively contributing to IKEA's ongoing transformation.
