Front-end bi developer

IKEA Components is growing and we want to strengthen our Data & Analytics team in Älmhult. As a Front-End BI Developer in IKEA Components, you will work closely together with our Data Engineers (back-end) and Business Performance Analysts (front-end) in turning source data into business insights. You will be the go-to person in the organisation for support in best practise visualisation in reports and apps by being the expert in our front-end BI-products. To understand, document and turn business needs & requirements into user-friendly business knowledge is part of your everyday work.

You will be responsible for:

• Providing expertise and operational know-how to support projects and solutions with conversion of business requirements into frontend architectures, technical solutions and implementations.
• Developing, testing and maintaining the visual and interactive components of the assigned product.
• The development work can include estimation, revision control, quality assurance, documentation, impact analysis, deployment, verification of deployment and prototyping.
• Implementation based on best practices of changes and error rectifications in existing BI applications.
• Solution compliance with rules and standards (e.g. Information security, design framework), legal and regulatory requirements as well as adherence to relevant delivery process standards.
• Ensuring cost conscious, reliable and maintainable products.

We believe that you have a relevant university degree and/or some years of experience from working with data and analytics in a relevant context.
