Job Description
For our location in Leiden, we are looking for a Pilot Plant Support Group Coordinator to lead a new team.
In this position you will lead the team that offers support to the Pilot Plant in their production campaigns for the introduction of new large molecule pharmaceuticals. You will be required to adhere to GxP guidelines and for some activities you will be required to enter clean rooms. Your activities will include:
- Coordination and planning of sample management and support activities for the team
- Liaising with stakeholders to ensure all materials are available for the smooth operation of the pilot plant
- Re-supply and transport of buffers for GMP batches
- Ordering of materials for GMP batches in systems such as but not limited to SAP
- Shipment handling
- Cleaning of GMP equipment (such as waterbath, LAF/BCS cabinet, incubators etc.)
- Preventive maintenance GMP equipment (such as Vicell, pH, Metaflex, Airclean filtertest)
- Daily bench cleaning
- Disposal of empty bottles, containers, buffer carts
- Warehouse Inventory maintenance in the pilot plant and airlock
- Weekly equipment logbook check/review
- Daily 5S/6S, registering and sharing of observations to create awareness and improve working habits
- Disposal and/or draining of expired/ opened materials/buffers/Media
- Support handling/follow-up on notifications
Qualifications
- MLO with experience of HLO degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or related sciences
- Experience in a pharmaceutical environment and knowledge of GxP is preferred
- Experience with Sap is preferred
