Workforce Planner GXO Nieuwegein

You will become part of the Olympia - GXO Nieuwegein inhouse-team locaded in Nieuwegein, near Utrecht. Under the leadership of Romano Fava, a local entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience as a franchise entrepreneur within Olympia and the temporary employment sector, we serve this client together with Olympia Nederland at the Nieuwegein location. You work directly with a Recruiter, Planner, a Flex Supervisor and an In-house Manager. The lines of communication are short and we act quickly.

You create schedules for your client, GXO in Nieuwegein, involving multiple flex workers from Olympia. You see it as a challenge to complete the most impossible schedules. As the link between the client and the flex workers, you ensure an efficient planning process, always keeping both parties' interests in mind. In this role, you bear a lot of responsibility. If the schedule is incorrect or not completed on time, your client's process will come to a halt. 

Are you a puzzler who doesn't let go until the puzzle is finished? Are you the top athlete who ensures that the planning is completed? You make roasts for our customer GXO Nieuwegein. You are the link between the flex workers and the customer. This requires a lot of responsibility from you. The schedule must be correct within the set times, otherwise our customer's process will come to a standstill. In addition to planning, you are also a source of information for the flex workers. If they want to take time off, or call in sick, or want to reschedule or exchange shifts. You are the ultimate point of contact. 

Comprehensive planning is key. If there are gaps in the planning, you will work with the customer to find a suitable solution. But the aim is to always complete the planning by being close to the planning. This allows you to structurally consult with the customer about the forecast, whether a peak is coming, what competencies and numbers are needed. An important part is good recording. This way you prevent ambiguity for yourself and your colleagues.

The ideal candidate is someone with several years of experience as a planner and preferably in the shift planning of personnel.

You have excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. You can set priorities well, be convincing, involve others in your decisions, so that deadlines are met.

You do not mind working in varying working hours (working hours are between 06:00 and 18:00).

• MBO / HBO work and thinking level.

You will become part of the Olympia - GXO in-house team. Together with your colleagues Flex supervisors, Account specialist and Inhouse manager.
