The Enterprise Architecture function is a key enabler and driver in the ongoing transformation journey of the IKEA supply chain business and operations.
What you will do

In essence you will design, lead, organise, collaborate and communicate.
QualificationThis is a senior position, so we believe that you have previous experience working with similar responsibilities in the past. It is not a must with an architectural background you could have been working in other technology/digital related roles like leading products, engineering, tech strategy or other tech related functions. Of course, there need to be an interest in architecture and having an architectural mindset in the role. But most important is your personality and your ability to take ownership, building relationships, communicate and manage stakeholders on different levels. There will be a wide range of technology topics to cover so you need to have an overall good broad "full-stack" understanding without diving into the very specifics of things. Example topics could be Data & Analytics, AI & ML, Automation, Integrations, API & events, Standardization, Cloud computing and more. We do not expect you to be the expert in all areas, you will have time and opportunity to upskill and learn as we go.
