What you'll be doing day to day
In this role, you will work directly with our People Analytics Specialist to help transform People data into actionable reports and analyses that enable better decision-making about our workforce and enhance the IKEA experience for both our co-workers and customers.What you will do:
- Support the development and maintenance of People dashboards and regular reports
- Partner with the People Analytics Specialist to analyze People data sets and uncover workforce trends
- Contribute to creating materials to improve data literacy within our People & Culture teams
- Help communicate analytical findings to People & Culture teams and stakeholders
- Look out and contribute to possible improvements and ideas to enhance our data or analytical landscape

What else you need:
- Student of a relevant Masters, HBO or WO education
- Good knowledge in Excel and basic knowledge of statistical analysis
- Proficient in the English language, both in language and writing
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus
- Proficiency in Dutch is a plus
- Knowledge of programming language (e.g. Python) is an advantage
- Tech-savvy and motivated to learn new things
- Passion for translating data into stories
