You will work and appreciate working in a true people and planet-positive work environment.
What you'll be doing day to day
You will be part of Software Security within Cyber Security at IKEA where we focus on enabling IKEA to build, maintain and operate secure digital products. We work with a mix of internal software engineering, using and building tools, creating processes, training and other activities to reach our goals. The goal of the thesis is to explore ways to calculate the cost/effort of securing a digital product. This will depend on a large variation of factors, with the intent to be able to build a predictable model to understand the effort of securing a system. There are many ways to tackle this, and we believe it will require a mix of research, and statistics as well as building a tool that can take in the context of a digital product and calculate effort.
We believe a good fit is someone who is mastering either Software Engineering, MachineLearning/AI or Cyber Security.
