You and your job
As a Business Analyst, you are the link between business stakeholders, architecture, and D&I teams. Your role ensures that the Area D&I develops the capabilities that help Tribe IAM build user-centric and data-driven solutions.
You will work in the D&I Area that builds key building blocks in the data, reporting and analytics space. We are a newly formed area, and your role is key to our success. Together with the area leads and architects, you connect with other areas in the Tribe, structure the requirements and identify key Analytics capabilities to boost our mission. Your success will enable the D&I development teams focus on building the right things. In an agile way of working, you continuously switch between what the customers' needs and what the team will develop, all while developing yourself.
Practical examples
- Collect, analyze, document, and formalize requirements from stakeholders
- Translate requirements and support the development team in building the solution
- Support the Area leadership identify the Tribe IAM needs on data related products
Top 3 responsibilities
- Organize conversations with D&I customers to analyze, structure and document requirements
- Closely collaborate with the product owner and team to translate requirements
- Communicate developments with D&I customers, evaluate user experience and collect new requirements for the next iteration of the product

Within Rabobank, the Area D&I IAM is responsible for bringing IAM data into the global data platform, curating data to address key IAM challenges and developing machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to automate and bring AI into IAM services. Our data and consumption patterns range from reporting to real-time analytics. To give you an example of the complexity of the solutions that you will have to develop, the Tribe is developing PBAC (policy-based access control) and our area plays a key role.
Skills
- Results-oriented, customer-focused and consulting mindset
- Strong affinity with translating Business needs with IT
- Enthusiasm for stakeholder management
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a dedicated Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- You have at least 1 year of experience working in a data (science) focused environment.
