About You:
- You have prior knowledge of HR procedures, tools and working methods (recruitment, skills development, etc.)- Manage administrative tasks throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to termination and everything in between
- At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration
- You are comfortable with digital tools and have analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, policies, processes, regulations, and legislation
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize workload
- You are flexible in switching activities; from handling administrative processes to jumping on a call to discuss an urgent matter from a co-worker
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team to achieve both individual and collective goals
- Skilled in managing multiple tasks and interfaces simultaneously
- Demonstrate integrity, honesty, and reliability in all interpersonal interactions
- Highly flexible and solutions-oriented
- Fluent in both written and spoken Romanian and English
Your responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including updating employee files, compiling and managing people data, preparing contracts, and scheduling.- Collaborate closely with the HR Administration team to share best practices and avoid duplication of work.
- Deliver HR administrative support in line with Service Level Agreements, optimizing people planning practices and ensuring timely posting of co-worker schedules to meet unit needs.
- Implement global principles and guidelines in the staff planning process, ensuring they are reflected in co-worker schedules. Provide end users with expertise, support, and training in scheduling according to the People Strategy.
- Assist the Staff Planning Manager with administrative tasks related to schedule creation and management.
- Contribute to the entire staff planning process, from forecasting to schedule execution. This includes posting draft schedules on time, ensuring scheduled hours account for planned absences, and coordinating with department managers to meet co-worker, customer, and business needs.
- Regularly support department managers to develop, adapt, and improve quality schedules that align with forecasted hours and reflect updated co-worker availability and skill levels.
- Oversee the store staff planning process from forecasting, considering commercial influences, to ensuring schedules comply with all labor rules and internal requirements.
- Identify potential improvements in the staff planning process and escalate any deviations to the Staff Planning Manager when scheduled or actual hours exceed the agreed financial framework.

- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks to create a great and efficient co-worker experience.
